The spacious apartment I booked initially had some minor repairs pending, but to my delight, the staff graciously upgraded me to an even more spacious two-bedroom apartment at no extra cost. This gesture not only showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction but also highlighted the professionalism that defines this establishment.Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities provided, including a washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The presence of a well-equipped kitchen with cookware and kitchen utensils made dining in a breeze, a great option for those looking to save on dining expenses during their travels.The inclusion of free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV ensured that I could stay connected and unwind after a day of exploring Rome's charming streets. The air conditioning was a saving grace during the hot summer days, and the elevator access made navigating the building effortless.Although the price point for Sonder may lean towards the higher end, the added space, amenities, and impeccable service truly justify the cost.
